Values and culture are two words that you hear often around Chatham. All of our decisions, whether for our clients or employees, are made through the lenses of our values. We are uncompromising when it comes to our core values and seek first and foremost to uphold them.
Our culture thrives because of our values. Our non-hierarchical approach values people who gain and rely on their influence rather than position to accomplish things. We value leaders who view their primary responsibility as seeing others succeed. We would rather inefficiently wrestle with the cultural implications of our decisions than create a 1,000 page policy manual that efficiently dictates what is and is not allowed.
